"Placed an order for my kids uniform on august 24, 2023. No updates given. On September 5, 2023 I called. A man asked if it was a pick up though he was able to verify all other details, then told me to wait for him to transfer me to someone in shipping only to be transferred to another branch who informed me they didn’t have my order. Called back the branch and stated my issue to the female who answered the phone. She hung up on me 3 times. My issue is still not resolved and call disconnects each time I try to call"

"Clothes quality is terrible. A few months ago I had to purchased uniforms and their sweat gear is the worst especially in the crutch areas. Only last 4 to 5 months. We have school age kids especially those parents with multiple children it's expensive. When I informed the lady behind the uniform area she mentioned parents have complained about this and ask about their products. Its a cheap material plain simple. The logo's on the shirts and pants do not stay on. When washed it fades the clothes becomes fraile and dingy. I purchased a shirt else since theirs did not fit my child. I called ahead ask if they can put the school logo and individual said yes, just come in and they will put it on she stated. I wished I had her name. I went in and wasted my time. The manager said we don't do that on clotheselsewhere. Unbelievable!"

"We live an hour away and with limited locations and in need a special order; this store was the closest. The in store experience was fine. We were helped. Unfortunately, the manger wasn’t around to answer our time sensitive inquiry on Sunday about an item. We called the store on Monday (7/24/23) over 10 times and at various times during the day and no one picked up the phone. Called at 10:09 AM today, no answer. We called the Brooklyn location to ask if there was another/direct phone line and they said no. We don’t want to drive another hour unnecessarily. Hopefully, management will see this and make immediate changes. My issue is time sensitive."
