"Emailed in after appalling service at a location where they damaged my truck and cost me in extra repairs sent all proof invoices pictures etc etc and have had NO RESPONSE! doesn't surprise me as the location I used for the original work was horrific. DO NOT USE MAVIS ANYWHERE IN COUNTRY IF YOU DO AND HAVE AN ISSUE AND HAVE TO CONTACT HQ THEY WILL NOT RESPOND. I cannot write enough to express the ordeal i have had with them. after going in to get a deflating (mavis tire checked) ended up 4 weeks later all new brakes and tires and shocks to find out they caused extra damage costing me a further $2,000 approx. to repair on top of all of the above and never getting my truck or communicated to during the time they had it. This is short version I have all detail and documentation. DO NOT USE MAVIS"

"I'm adding a review because I've found that this is the headquarters. I had work done in Mobile, AL. I've called the call center number 7 times with each time being told that someone would call me back. Each time I've been told that I will be escalated from low priority to high priority to last time being told I would be added as urgent. Still no return call, 19 days later. Whoever the regional manager Chris is, just doesn't care. Again, I'm posting this hoping anyone other than the regional manager in charge of Alabama sees it. Thanks"

"Enter the facility driveway and bear right. Follow the road, keeping the building on your left to get to the loading docks in the rear of the building. It's a tight docking area. No more than three trucks at a time. There's no waiting area if you're the fourth truck. Receiving is in the back of the building."
