"Unfortunately I did not have a good experience when I visited this store the second time. The first time was when they first opened and the store leaders were amazing. I tried on several pieces and I was treated with amazing respect. I never forgot my amazing experience and how great I felt. This time the sales associates a white guy and girl were extremely standoffish and seemed very uninterested. The both of them didn’t greet me and seemed like they did not wanted to assist me. I got the hint and left. It’s a shame people in sales positions still bring their unprofessional behavior and biases to work with them. This type of behavior shouldn’t be happening in 2023 post pandemic."

"We have 2 backpacks from them, and one has a rivet fell off after 2 months and another's strap ripped. If you purchase their leather goods from stores in Europe (we did), they will likely not want to fix it here. We had gone twice in the past 4 years (a pandemic apart), and they either said their technician was not in or they needed to contact their italian headquarters so they would call us back. But they NEVER called us back. Nonetheless, they were very pleasant and polite in store. I just think that the repair service is subpar compare to other brands in the same price point."

"This store is fantastic. It’s beautifully appointed and the space feels familiar and classy. The sales staff are super relaxed and easy going but extremely well informed and they have impeccable taste. There’s no creepy upsell nonsense either. They just want you comfortable in those clothes and looking great and they know you’ll be back. I gave it 5 stars because I can’t give it 6."
