"Beware: apparently they close at 8pm on Fridays, even though their site and storefront (and Google Maps) says 9pm. There were several customers who were confused when they got there at 8pm and couldn’t open the door. The security guard wouldn’t even let us ask a question. Don’t waste a trip here!"

"Really cannot recommend the tailor services at this store. They forget to ship the jeans back to me like they said. After I followed up to ask for them to be shipped, they were shipped to the wrong address. The repairs were also pretty poor. One of the jeans ripped back open in the same spot the first day I wore them. The second pair has ripped in the same spot only a couple weeks after getting them back. Will not be using this service again."

"First time shopping here and for the quality the items are reasonably priced! Great selection for the winter if you don’t want to wear bulky items. The staff are great and very helpful!"

"Wow, this place has changed! Haven't been in here in a 3-4 years. And to be honest, I only went in out of real need and because I happened to be walking by. This place has turned into something really nice. Still pricey, but hey . . . Soho, tourists, you know . . . There's literally everything Levi-brand. Nothing is missing, and the assortment and sizes is complete. Fitting rooms have been re-done and are plentiful and open. Decent places to wait if you're with someone else trying/buying. There's a customizing shop within the store. This was really special, IMO. Great assortment of patches, replacement buttons, embroidery options - and people are there doing it while you wait/watch. Staff actually knows the product. The young woman in fitting room took the time to explain a couple differences and even show me on the mfg tags. Very impressed with her! You'll pay more than online, but the service and being sure of fit is worth it!"
