"The female employee with the head wrap was incredibly rude! I wanted to do a return and she lectured me the whole time, was straight up nasty, maybe bc she saw I was young? I worked at TJ Maxx when I was in school and no matter what was going on at home I always showed up and made sure I treated customers with kindness. That employee needs to be taken off the cashiers! You can not put people who don’t want to be customer service friendly it’s literally their job."
