"THE worst dental office ever. Ester the hygienist is wonderful, but the rest of the office staff is terribly unprofessional and totally inept. Had so many stupid issues there that I took my family’s business elsewhere. I’m not even sure if an actual dentist even works in the office. I honestly cannot remember ever having a dentist look at my teeth there! Pathetic."

"Just horrible! Dr was very aggressive! Was taking a mold of my teeth and there was “something” else in my mouth.what I believe was the rolled cotton thing. He FORCED my mouth shut stating “you’re going to ruin the mold” so I took my head out of his hands and opened my mouth and spit the thing out! After that he said sorry but sorry don’t cut it! That was my third time there. ( I had crowns put in next to each other and he put them together,did not separate into 2)Needless to say that was my last time there.. it been about a year and a half since I’ve been there!!! DONT GO, it’s not worth it!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!"

"I saw Dr. Scheffer yesterday for a deep cavity and although the work being done was pretty invasive, I didn't feel a thing and he was really patient with me. I like that he took the time to explain what he was going to be doing. I don't like going to the dentist but i'm definitely keeping my next appointment with him!"

"This place is horrible, every time I’ve been there I’ve experienced exessive force when receiving dental work, (fillings one time and wisdom teeth extraction the other). During my wisdom teeth extraction I wanted to be administered nitrous oxide along with the Novocain so I wouldn’t have to experience or remember my teeth being ripped out of my head but I was scoffed at and the request was diverted away when the doctor / surgeon said he was going to check if I was numb since I told the nurse the top didn’t feel as numb as the bottom, so I laid back and opened my mouth and not two seconds later this man stuck tools in my mouth and extracted one of my wisdom teeth with no warning. He then proceeded to finish what he started and extracted the remaining three all the while I am in moderate pain since I don’t believe the area was even numb enough and in total shock and panic that I was hearing and feeling my teeth being ripped out. I clearly expressed my disapproval of this doctors actions throughout and after the procedure and was merely chuckled at. And to boot the doctor said he would prescribe me some pain medication, which I desperately needed later that night when the local anesthetic wore off, and he never called it into my pharmacy. This overall was the absolute worst experience of my entire life and it has definitely ruined my week and I will not be returning to the office for any future dentist appointments. DO NOT COME HERE."

"Dental hygienist Ashley was fantastic today! Definitely took away some of my fear while being in that chair! By far a better experience I have had at this dental office"
