"Our son was transferred to Dr. Jeong's care after his pediatrician left the practice to go back into academia. At first I was apprehensive because we had such a great rapport with his pediatrician; I'd met with her while I was still pregnant to establish a relationship. After our first appointment with Dr. Jeong, I was immediately at ease and comfortable with her as my son's primary care physician. She has always been responsive to my questions and concerns, and is always friendly and attentive during appointments. I genuinely appreciate the care she takes with our son!"

"We saw Dr. Jeong in place of our primary pediatrician who was out of the office that day for a well-child check up. She was rude and far from professional. She had many "greater than thou" opinions about how my husband and I should and should not be raising out children. I immediately regretted taking this appointment and should have waited the extra week to see our regular doctor. Seeing she was fresh out of residency her bedside manner was FAR from polished. How she made it onto the Duke Peds roster is laughable. In addition, she charged us a SPECIALTY provider visit which was more than twice the copay of a well-child visit. We will never see her again and will encourage our family and friends from seeing her in clinic. If there was an option for a 1 star I would have given her that."
