"I don’t even know where to start. I love JMA especially Dr. Fofaria and Dr. McWilliams from the Raleigh office. Since I moved to NC Dr. Fofaria has been my child’s pediatrician and since having another baby I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. McWilliams during my child’s first newborn visit at the Raleigh office and they both have been heaven sent. I don’t feel like a crazy mom when I talk to them about my concerns for my child. They really take the time to listen and you can tell they they TRULY care. What I also love about JMA is being able to call the nurse triage line when I have a question about my child’s health. This option has been pretty beneficial especially now with a newborn. Most recently I called the nurse triage line around 1 in the morning worried about my newborn’s fever and not knowing whether or not I should take him to the hospital. Surprisingly enough a nurse was paged at that time and assessed my child’s health via telephone. Additionally, they also made sure to check up on my child’s health throughout the day via telephone calls. Dr. Fofaria has also called me on several occasions to check on how my child is doing after learning that he had been sick. These doctors are very knowledgeable and empathetic and so are the nurses. I also appreciate that when going to their office they have a separate seating section for newborns, sick patients and well patients. Thank you JMA for your dedication to children and thank you Dr. Fofaria and Dr. McWilliams for taking care of my babies, you both have made motherhood a little bit easier for me."
