"Walk-ins are welcome. Very nice service with options for shave and other services. Entertainment on T.V."
"She cut my sons hair. Whoever she was an African-American woman. The haircut is horrible for $35. Not worth a penny of it. She destroyed my son Sarah I will never return to this place ever."
"If you want a good haircut, you can get one here. I had good service, a friendly stylist, and I am happy with my haircut, but there were problems. When I arrived, the stylist was complaining to the previous customer about how the company raised prices but stylists still get paid the same. Maybe the basic service that followed was her way of giving herself a raise, or working less for her hourly wage. The $25 cut is supposed to include a shampoo, hot towel treatment, and some other stuff. Basically I got none of that. The clippers the stylist used were sharp and jagged (I have visible cuts on my neck). No shampoo was offered. No mention of a hot towel. She didn't even bother to brush the hair off my neck or face before giving me the boot. The whole ordeal was no longer than ten minutes. I thought for sure that I was getting a discounted service, but then when she walked me up front, she hit me up for the full $25. Astonishing. I basically just don't understand what the motivation was for the stylist aside from just doing the bare minimum. There was nobody waiting. She was clearly already disregarding company protocols, so why wouldn't she just cut me a deal and pocket the money? I wouldn't be posting this review if she had! All in all, still kind of a good value for a haircut but you may not get what's advertised."
"Popped in about a half hour close to closing, to be fair, just looking for a quick sideburn and neck trim. Was met coldly by the staff in an empty salon and they said they were closed. There were two people on their phones just winding down the clock. One did say sorry. I imagine they’ll twiddle their thumbs until corporate allows them to turn the lights off. I left kindly enough but not sure why they have 8 pm listed as their closing time if they are spending the last half hour shooing customers away."
