"Traveling to NC from Virginia I stopped at this store to tackle my bout dead phone situation. My car charger port wasn't working properly at moment (problem was a blown fuse which was identified and fixed 2 hrs later before heading back to Virginia). Decided to purchase this Wavelength 5000 amh rechargeable power bank with rapid charge feature. (Product description states working compatibility with all mobile phones. I have a Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultra 5g). For some reason this power block, 1- Failed to rapid charge my phone (S21 Ultra 5g) 2- Product also failed to hold a charge. (Red indicator does not activate to blink which notify proper charging) Clearing seeing that the product is clearly defective I decide to return the product back to store of purchase on my return trip back home to Virginia. (Traveling from VA to NC and back to NC for business purposes). Cashier whom tried to process my return transaction stated that he was unable to process transactions as I used my mobile pay service Samsung Pay which I also provided him with digital receipt of purchase and that I'd have to return in am when mangers available to process return as he did not know how to properly do so. My thing here is there should be a mager or someone that has the experience and skills necessary to handle all cuatomer problems regardless of time or day . Because this customer is from VA 5 hrs away and just can't return when it's convenient for you because you ha e hired an employee that lacks the experience or skills to handle customer relations problems alone."

"Gas prices are usually in line with the rest of Aberdeen, NC (higher than most surrounding areas). The mini-mart is bigger and has a better selection than most, including a walk-in beer cooler. Sales people are always friendly and helpful. Easy in and out in an area where a lot of the more traveled roads pass nearby."
