"Horrible service and food, you are overpaying for almost nonexistent food. What a ripoff. Take your business elsewhere so you can get a decent meal at a good price. Stay clear away from this store. The manager is horrible, and she doesn't want to help customers and is too busy with whatever she is doing in the back room. She didn't even look at my order to make sure I got the correct item, I ordered a salad bowl and got a burrito bowl, but she didn't care to check what I ordered or just care at all. She just made an assumption of my order. This chain needs better management and employee training."

"First time coming here November 29th there was no customers here when I entered I ordered a chicken burrito like I do all times when I go to Chipotle I believe I received like four or five small pieces of chicken in my chicken burrito the woman that wrap my burrito took at least a minute to do it and poke a hole on my burrito. When I got home to eat my chicken wrap I spit at least two times there was little pieces of bones in my burrito and the chicken was it fresh at all probably 2 days old no flavor. The food didn't taste as fresh as the one that you can get from Nostrand and Flatbush or the one in Manhattan 96th Street Chipotle. I will not be coming back here for another chicken burrito."
