"I couldn't be happier with Dr. Bambini and the staff that I have worked with over the last 15yrs. Literally as I sit in the hospital after yet another complicated surgery I know I am in the best hands. Dr. Bambini operated on my son when he was a day old, I was a first time mom, scared, nervous you name it. He has always made sure we understand what is going on and as my son has gotten older he has really let him aide in making the decisions because it's really his body. I have only met the other doctors a hand full of times but they are all very kind and professional. I will admit I miss Kathy and Cindy as the practice has grown people retire. I am happy to see the practice grow and I am still so very thankful for everyone at Pediatric Surgical and mostly to Dr. Bambini and all he has done for our family and giving my son the most normal life he could have."

"They need to update their exam rooms, very outdated. The doctor proceeded with a silver nitrate treatment before I was even aware of what was going on, on a 3 mo. old baby. Little to no guidance was given on what to expect after this treatment was applied. Doctor would not accept the radiologist report from our previous ultrasound, required us to get another ultrasound. The nurse was helpful and responsive. Received a huge bill in the mail, no online payment system available (joke: what's older, their exam rooms or their accounting software?). Sorry I'm not comfortable writing down my CC number and sending off in the mail. I call the phone number to ask if i can pay through the phone and I got hung up on. I'm not really sure their are other alternatives available, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here."

"not too bad to deal with, getting an appointment is a little challenging. We fount they were eager to operate, even when the issue was not really an issue. no online payment either. you would think a top notch surgical outfit would be able to accept online payments."
