"This location is beyond inconsistent. Sometimes they decide to listen to what you have ordered at sometimes not. It’s also highly unsanitary and dangerous as I found a very large peice of plastic in my burrito bowl. This store has to do better. If you have the option of going to a diff location, stay away from this one."
"We are very grateful to Amrin and Nayeli for changing our experience with this company. It's the first time my wife and I are treated well and that we were able to eat a good portion of chicken, (I mean the correct amount, we have been underserved many times). We have gone to at least 15 different Chipotle's and they have been rude, bad gestures, dirty tables,and just bad service overall. Today we're leaving happy and wanting to come back to this location. The staff are great!"
"Just picked up takeout tonight. The staff seemed very aloof when I went in, didn’t even acknowledge my presence even though I was the only one at the counter. When I got home, the rice in the burrito bowl is a complete mush. I don’t even know why they would serve rice with way too much water. Also, there were very few pieces of meat. The one big piece of meat I had was all fat so I couldn’t even eat it. I’ve had chipotle at so many other locations and this location completely ruins their reputation. Never going here again, and I live in the neighborhood. Whoever manages this store needs to train the staff better. Total disappointment with the food on a Friday night."

"Imagine asking for double meat and paying $19.00. And you get 2 scoops of meat. Joke, they need to close this location down immediately. Complete ripoff. Downtown Brooklyn location and east elmhust gives you way more and chargers $14. It completely reminded me of why I stopped eating at Chipotle."
