"I went for a regular checkup on my child and the dentist who had my child's appointment gave him a terrible cleaning. She did the cleaning with a bad attitude, she half did the cleaning and didn't check him properly, everything went very quickly and she left. a disappointment"

"i called for an appointment to see my regular dentist and the office manager denied me. i asked her why and she responded that it just wasnt a right fit. i told her thats not an explanation and she repeated just because and i told you its not a right fit. I said she takes my insurance but she said no. i told her that i was going to contact the better business bureau and then she said you do that and she will call my insurance company and tell then that they wont accept me there any more. Me and my wife had the same dentist and our dentist accidentally burned her lip during a root canal. She didnt make an issue even though it was a bad burn, because we shared a good relationship with the dentist and didnt sue.i dont see how that should affect my visit to my dentist. The office manager there is rude talks down to no english speaking patients and thinks she can manipulate them with threats like she did with me."
