"I am SUFFERING with decapitating neck pain, for at least the last 3 week My call to Doctors office stated that medicine "muscle relaxer" is not effective. I was told to go to Urgent Care because there was no appointments available until September. This was the week of the 15th of August 2022. It is in my records I have had decompression neck surgery. I schedule a appt. For September 7,2022. Monday August 22, 2022 I cancelled this appt. I made another appt. With chiropractor, and a spine surgeon which requires a referral and requested it thru, thru the on line portal. Today a representative of the Doctors office calls me to ask me if I have had this problem before and is Dr. Condrey aware of it. These complicated symptoms are in my file, the last thing, I need is to reiterate over and over, the same issues again and again."
"Dr. Condrey and her staff have always been great to work with. Dr. Condrey is attentive and understands the issues that we are working with"

"I would call this practice the McDonalds of medical care, but I would be insulting McDonalds. The entire support staff is completely inept. My wife and I have been going to this office for the past year and a half and we have experienced numerous issues. 1) Getting an appointment is like trying to win the lottery - she is always booked months out 2) We have had numerous times when there was zero follow up after the appointment. No phone calls to cover results from tests, etc. 3) Referrals do not get scheduled. There have been numerous times when we have needed referrals and they were supposed to be scheduled, and we never received any follow up. We would either have to follow up with the office or schedule the referrals ourselves. We have put up with this simply because we didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another primary care physician and my wife's health situation is very critical due to her complex history, but we are now in search for a new doctor due to this most recent situation. My wife (who survived a horrible car accident that should have taken her life, left her in a 4 month coma with a completely disfigured face, a shattered skull, and severe traumatic brain injury - by the Grace of God she is here and functioning fairly well today) had a severe rash on her chest that was itching terribly. We called to see Dr Condrey and we were referred to another physician at the practice. They did squeeze us in to another doctor. However, the medicine provided did not work. We were told to call back in to the office if the rash did not improve. So we did. After two days of trying to see if we could get in to see Dr. Condrey, who is much more aware of the multiple possible scenarios that could be in play due to the complexity of my wife's medical history - we were told by some manager that Dr Condrey would not be seeing her. "Excuse me," I said. "So her own doctor is refusing to see her." I let her know we would be finding a new doctor. I understand that doctors can be very busy, but in a state that requires primary care visits in order to get specialized care referrals and as a primary care physician... wouldn't you take into consideration that you may have urgent situations with your patients from time to time that require your attention - and build some time in your schedule to work those patients in? If not, what is the point of having a primary care physician - only for routine medical exams and tests? We should all just go to urgent care I suppose."
"Very personable and likable."
