"Dr. Ferren is the BEST! He is insanely knowledgable in the field but explains things in a way that makes sense while not talking down to you in a way that makes you feel dumb. This stuff is complex and I thought for sure I would feel dumb or ask dumb questions but I never felt that way, not once. Fast forward to my daughter having surgery with atrium and genetic labs were ordered without his knowledge. No one could help me I called for months and months and the sample couldn't be found, the results couldn't be found. Dr. Ferren should have been in the loop from day one and although he wasn't he jumped in right away when I told him what was going on. He called everyone who had hands on that sample, he called me and kept me updated on his process and he tracked down the missing labs. He goes above and beyond for his patients and makes you feel like you are valuable to him. I would highly recommend Dr. Ferren."
