"UPDATE: I reached out to them TWICE as asked and didn’t get any response back. So that lets me and you the consumer all you need to know. I had a TERRIBLE experience at this Biscuitville. I came in the morning and had ordered my food, I purchased the hash-brown casserole as my side. I seen the hashbrown had almost nothing in the container and asked why it had decreased so much. A man (I believe is a manager, he’s middle aged and chunky) said those are the new rules. I asked for a refund for the casserole and to just to give me a regular hasbrown since that comes with the meal by default. He snatched the container pressed a bunch of random buttons on the screen and said “your refund has been issued” well it’s been 2 weeks and Im assuming he thought I would forget because I STILL haven’t received any refund! I called my bank Navy Federal and they informed me no refunds are pending in their system. I’m shocked this type of service is happening at this location."

"The employees actually help you and Work here. It is a friendly, fairly fast (usually always a line) drive through or walk in service fast food business. You can find everything from grilled chicken on English muffins to a full breakfast. Breakfast until 2. Prices depend on what you order however like everywhere else it costs more now."

"Excellent service...employee taking our order (teenager) was very personable and pleasant. Nothing something you see very often (sadly) in a fast food setting. Food (bologna, egg, and cheese biscuit) was spot on!"
