"They wouldn’t open the door to let me in to order during the business hours. The woman working the window was very rude. Not sure why you would want to turn money away. I hope the owner of this kfc/ Taco Bell sees this. Now I got to go find food somewhere else when I wanted kfc."

"They didn’t have the chicken I wanted. The food was horrible & its only 12:00pm and the food was old! The guy on the mic was ignorant & weird. He prompted me to help buy his grandma a birthday present which made me very uncomfortable & he didn’t even put the sauces in the bag. Im so sick of not being able to enjoy the experience of these classic places due to poor cx service and food."

"Burned, yet again. I was next in next in line when a man, clearly a close friend with most of the employees, jumps ahead and proceeds to chat it up and coordinate plans with 4 different people before I’m even acknowledged. Don’t bother with this location unless you like being ignored or generally prefer terrible service."

"Kfc chicken sandwich is normally one of my favs. It was hot but tasted old, so disappointed. Customer service was good. She was friendly. She took my order and then explained she was going to wash her hands and put on gloves to fix my food. Kudos to her for doing 2 roles and being friendly, and clean. She apologized to the next person in line and let him know I will be right with you. You can't complain when they are doing the best they can with what they have."

"If I could give no stars I would they forgot two pieces of chicken out of my four piece Wing combo never gave me a receipt supposedly they were out of printer paper and come to find out I'm missing two pieces of chicken and the lady today over the phone said that I would be compensated with a new meal because of it when I get there she told me that she was only going to give me the two pieces of chicken that I was missing and if I didn't like it then I could buy those two pieces of chicken very very rude and I feel stolen from. $44 down the drain. Was missing three burritos and a Mexican pizza as well I told them to go and run the cameras back and that'll show proof in itself and they said they have no access to the cameras I'm very upset I just want my missing food"
