"We stopped here for an after lunch coffee/tea and dessert. We were greeted warmly and the owner was the most helpful and sweet, explaining all the different types of desserts and seasonal specials. The owner also offered my husband to bring in tea from another cafe to consume in their shop, since this place only serves coffee which he can’t have. I had coffee and pumpkin brownie and my husband had the chocolate brownie. They were perfect: moist and had just the right amount of sweetness. The coffee was delicious too. Customer service was excellent. The ladies behind the counter were switched on, quick, and greeting and serving the new comers with a big smile. The place, including the restrooms, were spotlessly clean. At one point, one of the girls behind the register went outside, and sprayed and wiped their outdoor chairs and tables too. The place is perfect to meet up with friends or for reading a book or work on your laptop. It’s quiet, there is no loud music to distract and the clientele too seems quiet and respectful. The shop is decorated with lovely Christmas trees with ornaments such as little slices of cakes and pastries. So cute! Anytime we are in Franklin, NC again, we will be sure to stop by."
