"Well like all the other comments say the service is slow, don't be fooled by the empty drive thru, there are more than likely people waiting at the front to keep their times low. If you're a burger King fan it's best to remove this location from your list."

"I really enjoy their breakfast items, but this morning my hashbrowns were almost burnt and there was barely any bacon on my croissant. Also the guy working the window was rude and not friendly at all. I am a GM of a food establishment, if one of my employees was rude and not welcoming to the customers he would not be working there especially in the drive thru."

"Absolutely disgusting! I hadn’t been to a Burger King in years. I was the only car in line. Waited over 15 minutes. They have the diner closed so you can’t even go in the store. They were not even busy. I was already upset about the wait so I finally got my food and left. The burger was cold and smelled awful and loaded with mayo to the point I couldn’t eat it. I figured they’re having a hard enough time that I’ll just reach out online and get it handled but no. The employees didn’t offer me a receipt. I showed them my bank statement with the store number and they still wouldn’t offer any resolution. This has ruined Burger King for me forever! Go support another restaurant in town. One that deserves it be cause this is poor."

"Why do I expect quality? Sat at the drive thru for five minutes before someone helped me. Then when they did they just rushed me to finish my order. Never asking if there was anything else I wanted but always asking is that it? The food came out relatively fast but they nearly forgot my pie and my drinks. The spicy chicken sandwich was a regular chicken sandwich with hot sauce on the top of it. Not good. Not worth $6. The Hersheys pie was delicious. They forgot part of our kids meals."

"Went to the BK in Willow Spring shopping center. Slow drive thru, hamburger wasn’t fresh. Had a craving for a Whopper Jr. Got to the drive through around 1pm on a Monday. There were 3 cars ahead of me that I could see. Would have been quicker to just park and walk in but a car pulled in behind me. Got a recording, “You’re the best!’ Or something then waited to get a real person. The gal was friendly and quick giving my order to me. Since it took so long I upgraded to a Whopper. It was t fresh or hot. And no napkins or receipt. $6.22 including tax for just the sandwich. Oh well, I ate it. May be a long time before I get another craving for Burger King."
