"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received using this car wash. I saw water and soap hit the car but the end result is very little dirt was removed. I paid for the Ultimate car wash but received the NULtamite car wash. Please refund me my $8.00 and either provide legitimate service or shut the car wash down."

"There is an employee that parks in the ONLY handicapped ♿️ parking space EVERYDAY without a handicapped sticker. This is unacceptable. If anyone knows the owner please advise."

"This is the worst car wash in the area. You can guarantee either it's out of order, out of soap, the credit card machine is broken, or it's for some reason closed. I don't know why this place is still open. Just avoid it and you will be happier!"

"Citi Stop 109 has its restroom "temporarily" closed for well over a month. This shows a complete lack of concern for its customers. The clerk told me that corporate didn't seem to care."

"Paid $12 and entered one bay, which squirted soap onto my car and then stopped doing anything. Went to the second bay; it was cash only since the machine was apparently broken. Will not be returning!"
