"This office is incredibly incompetent. We saw the nurse practitioner my daughter who has chronic illness. And she had the nerve to say that she would not refill our prescriptions because she did not think my child was on orthopedic blood pressure, medicine, or medicine from nerve pain. The nurse practitioner was Heather.. The lady nam. ed Karen that works at that office is a complete idiot. She does not know anything about medical care. This was the most disappointing doctor's visit. We spent two hours a day and accomplished nothing six weeks later. We still have nothing no prescriptions no referrals. Be warned don't see the nurse practitioner think twice before you go to this office."

"Dr Boggs is a delight as my primary he listens..takes notes ,fires questions and quickly starts a process of cure. His new nurse is wonderful! She is not only friendly, but very efficient in handling not only medical procedure ,but the paperwork as well as fires that occur with a smile in her voice. Phlebotimist is perfect in that I have deep..rolling veins most find difficult, but not her. Once and done..no pain. Check out is a breeze with bookkeeper's smiles and happy attitude. Only down..call in going to answer machine like robo calls for 10 minutes. Would recommend Dr Boggs and his team to anyone...and have. Unfortunately, Heather (the PA in office) has a nurse who is not a friendly, reliable or good mannered person so be warned..Heather is very good."

The appointment time was kept which means I or my husband did not have to wait an inexcusable amount of time between checking in and actually being seen for the appointment. That was refreshing. Dr. Boggs is very thorough and congenial which is nice in that some medical professionals have no bed side manner. Again, his professionalism made getting to know a new medical provider much easier. Our experience with this medical group has been very positive."
