"We dealt with smash it sports for the ordering process and from start to finish it was a very frustrating experience. Poor communication during the design and ordering process. Long response times extended everything weeks longer than they needed to be. We started the order months in advance to ensure we’d hopefully receive it in plenty of time and finally got our order less than 24 hours before our first game. Providing a phone number to clear up all the confusion would have sped things up a ton. And perhaps cut down on the wrong items sent. Lots of hidden fees and charges for embroidery and digitizing that you don’t see till you’ve approved everything and have spent weeks of time working on getting the order ready was very disappointing too. Don’t believe the price on the site at all. Almost didn’t get our order in time due to missing documents for customs. Then a massive duty charge. $4400 all said and done. Won’t be a next time even though the product seems to be top notch"

"I wanted to get 100 shirts printed for a client of mine. We wanted to print a digital image. No one in Rochester NY can do this because they screen print, which leaves your shirt feeing like there’s a plastic sheet on your chest. OA uses a technique called dye sublimation, which will allow a perfect digital image, with all detail, onto the fabric, like it was woven in. This allows a longer life on the shirt. Nobody in Rochester does this. I don’t have to worry about quality because I don’t have to worry about some plastic crackling and dropping off while someone wears my client’s shirt. I’m thinking of having some hoodies and pants made up for a family get together."
