"Since my review is missing I will repost it. This was in 2017 but I feel its important for parents to know how this place operates. I am glad Dr.Vitullo retired. It's a shame he didn't loose his license. I can rest easy knowing you will not hurt another patient with your lies. Telling my son if he didn't get the HPV shot he could spread cancer to his partner or loose inches on his manhood is just bad practice. I said no to it and when I left the room you took it upon yourself to scare my son and give him the first shot anyways. The staff was so confused as to why I was so upset. He was a minor and I did not sign off on it. That is a major problem. He was allergic to one of the ingredents in the vaccine. But I bet he got a nice bonus out of it. A routine physical turned into a nightmare. This office does not care who they hurt."

"We see Dr. O’Gara and Dr. Suter and they are both amazing. I have never seen a provider at this practice that I didn’t like. I always appreciate the late hours and that they can squeeze us in last minute if one of my kiddos needs to be seen."

"Very grateful that English Road Pediatrics was willing to provide a vaccine that my own pediatrician did not have in stock even though my daughter is not a patient here. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and professional. If we lived closer to Greece, I'd consider switching practices!"

"Place is and absolutely nightmare. Receptionists are absolutely dirt rude , never can see the same doctor, every time we bring one of my kids in they diagnose something that is just completely ridiculous and makes zero sense. Causing a bigger problem and yet more visits ( billing is also a complete joke full of rude incompetence.I trust Google more than I trust this place. Money hungry, greed driven practice. Heartless and outdated ways."

"I was taking my kids to this clinic for 9 yrs. My kids’ doctor was retired based on what I was told and my kids started being seen by whoever was available. My 18 month old got really ill last week and we took him in twice and were told that we need to wait on him even though his temperature kept climbing regardless of his nonstop Motrin and Tylenol doses recommended by his doctor. Friday we also were told to allow him time that we ended up in the ICU at Strong and we have been there since while my child is fighting for his life. Long story short!! My child developed sever bacterial pneumonia, raspatory infection, dehydration and now in need of lung surgery! Not even a follow up call from this clinic!! Long story short!! The incompetence of this clinic as a whole landed us in this situation! If you want to brushed off whenever you call or have concerns about your child’s health, go there! I’m not in the right set of mind at the moment to deal with this clinic bc I have more than I can bear to deal with seeing my child fighting for his life. I will have the time for them at one point and make sure this clinic is dealt with accordingly! Keep your children out of there!"
