I ordered a hoodie on 3/7/22 with my boyfriends name and number on it and still have not received it, it’s been almost a month, I emailed twice two separate emails they have to get a tracking number and got no response. I then called 2 separate times and was told my order was being shipped out that day 7/18 and that it will be delivered by 7/25 still have not received or heard anything from the company, horrible customer service. Will be sharing my experience with other people in the moto community unless this can get resolved ASAP."

"I have been having baby blankets monogrammed here for years. The parents are always so pleased and often say it is the only blanket the child will sleep with. This spring I dealt with Christine as she helped me when a loved one lost a child. She was beyond kind and compassionate and made the most beautiful tribute for the family. We can’t thank her enough but I can let her know how very much she blessed the family with the monogrammed items They love them. Thank you to all at Barefoot for the great job they do. "We ordered hockey jerseys from here. It took weeks for the designers to get the proof correct. The turnaround was several days each time we needed the design adjusted. We tried to go in person and sit down with someone or talk through changes over the phone but this was not possible so they must be outsourcing their designers from another country. The designers missed instructions entirely and on some rounds even reversed things that had previously been corrected. We finally got the proof design to our liking and approved, and put in the final order in late October. Our jerseys arrived in early December, we were charged the full balance of the cost. The jerseys were completely messed up - an entire sleeve was black! Obviously nobody at this place nor the factory in North Carolina that prints them stopped to look at the product before it went out the door. Still, they will not give us any final date we can expect them by, which is a shame because several of our jerseys were christmas presents and who knows if they will arrive on time. We even offered to have someone pick them up directly in person in North Carolina, and barefoot would not allow this because they said they needed to inspect each order for Quality Assurance. Obviously that is a load of nonsense seeing as how the first shipment never had human eyeballs with a positive IQ look at it before it was picked up and paid in full. When they started working on the reprint they gave us no final date that we can expect the order and REFUSED to offer ANY discount for the inconvenience. They claimed that since we were referred by an existing customer we were already getting a discount. Since when is that a valid reason to treat your customers like garbage? Now we have to file a claim with our credit card company since barefoot is refusing a refund for their mistake. If you can't make a product correctly, don't offer it as part of your catalog. This place is a disgrace."
