"Over all appalling dining area of the cleanliness of their dining area is this bad the kitchen HAS to be worse. And I'm speaking from the perspective of a restaurant worker for over a decade and a half.... If the dining area is this dirty they are not cleaning the kitchen where customers won't see. Don't even respond to this (to the owner) because this is absolutely embarrassing on all levels and you should correct this rather than even responding. But you will respond because you have 0 control over your establishment and that's very embarrassing."

"I've never been to a Chipotle restaurant before so I really didn't know what to expect. I was kind of surprised by the 'cafeteria' feel it had to it. That said the ordering was fast and efficient and the rice bowl I had was quite tasty. Now that I know what to expect, and that the food is very good, I will be going again."

"I’ve never had a bad experience at a Chipotle until today. Stale chips, no salsa and charged for the wrong burrito bowl and no receipt. We were the only ones in line and they weren’t prepared or paying much attention. Do better."

"Probably the worst store around. ALWAYS, ALWAYS out of items but you'll never know it until you get home and the best part is you get charged for it. Even better is that when you call they say yes, we are out of everything. So why bother? Line of people out the door and they can't all be getting just rice and beans. My thought is they short the app orders and make you jump through hops to get your money back. Won't be going back to this store. I hope the staff has no control over this or it's even worse. Do better chipotle."

To make matters worse, the rice I received was shockingly crunchy and undercooked. It felt like I was chewing on uncooked grains, which completely ruined the texture and taste of my meal. It was evident that the kitchen staff had neglected their duties, resulting in an unpleasant dining experience. Furthermore, the employees seemed disinterested and unmotivated. Instead of actively attending to customers, they were simply standing around, engaged in their own conversations. This lack of attentiveness and professionalism was disheartening, as it reflected a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill on that Sunday evening was a complete disappointment. The dirty tables, crunchy rice, and unengaged employees left me with a negative impression of the establishment. I expected a clean environment, well-prepared food, and attentive service, but unfortunately, none of these expectations were met. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider visiting this particular Chipotle location, as it fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service."
