"Upon arrival it was like they had forgotten I had an appt - weren’t ready and almost rude. No pleasantries were exchanged and everything rushed. Standard Massage for pedi and mani almost entirely skipped and paint on my toes Vs just the nails. Tech acted as if the last thing he wanted was my business and spent most of it just feeling guilty I had called to come in"

"A bunch of nails were loose and were trying to come off after less than a week! I could tell that the nail tech was rushing, so I’m not surprised they did a poor job. The nail polish smudged the first day I got the full set, and this was a tactic because they wanted me to pay more for the gel. They kept nagging me to get the gel nail polish and when I didn’t, they did a poor job with the regular nail polish on my acrylic nails. I have never had a nail tech let me leave before the nails were fully dry. So they let me leave too early on purpose and when I called them and told them the nails smudged, they said well you should’ve just got the gel polish we told you it would’ve lasted longer. I’ve gotten my nails done countless times, and I’ve never had an issue with it smudging. They are malicious, lazy and untalented nail techs. Don’t waste your money."

"I went to Zen nail spa, now called Basin Nail Spa, for the 1st time yesterday & couldn’t be happier. I went for a full set of acrylics with an hombre finish. A young man started them & Kim finished. I brought a picture with me of what I wanted & she matched it perfectly. I’ll definitely be going back to Kim. In fact, I’ve already scheduled my next appointment. I can usually go 3 weeks between fills, hopefully I’ll be able to stick with that. I’ll schedule a pedicure at my next appointment & I feel positive she’ll do as good a job as she did on my nails. So happy with them & love that they’re close to home."

"One of my first outings during COVID and I wasn't sure what to expect. Do you yourself a favor - we can all use a little self-care right now, book an appointment at in this new beautifully appointed immaculate nail spa. I had the pleasure of having Kelly the owner work on me. I went in for a pedicure and ending up getting a manicure as well. I would rate Victor Road Nail & Spa a 12! It's located at 683 Pittsford Victor Road, Pittsford, right next to Bruegger Bagels and Branca. I'll be back for sure!!! Thank you again Kelly for your amazing service."
