"A lot of bad things have been said about this school, but I’m here to tell you that I disagree with all of them. The teachers and staff care deeply for the students’ college preparedness. The school has a Wednesday chapel service to help the students grow closer to God. I attended Cape Fear from kindergarten to 7th grade and boy did I make some memories that last a lifetime. I can’t wait to go back to Cape Fear next year for the 2022 - 2023 school year!"
"Christian education and quality education is very important to my husband and myself. Cape Fear Christian Academy has provided both of these things to my children. We have been blessed to have some of the most wonderful teachers every year. I have been beyond pleased with the education curriculum. More than anything the teachers and the school have been a positive instrument in helping shape my children and their future. We are proud to be part of the Eagle family."
"Cape Fear Christian Academy is the best private school in Harnett County. As the host of an international student, my family has had the best experience out of any school my daughter (now a Senior) has attended in her lifetime. The teachers are all kind-hearted and genuinely care about students. There is also academic rigor as well as championship winning sports teams making all the students who attend Cape Fear well rounded. I highly recommend Cape Fear Christian Academy to anyone looking for a small, private school in the area for their children to attend."
"This is my personal experience with this school: My 17 y/o was enrolled at this school for 2 years. It was the worst experience of her life. The painstaking experience she sulfured rendered enormous harm to her self-esteem, sense of self, confidence and emotional well being. The word Christian included in the schools name is the only evidence of Christian at this school. She went from being an A student from the school she transferred from to making mostly F's even with having the daily Tutoring the school says they provide. She was subjected to insults and racial remarks as well as being excluded or overlooked many times. She began withdrawing, was upset/ angry all the time, her outgoing, bubbly, charming personality became the total opposite and she began hating to go to school. I kept her in this school the second year because of getting constant re-assurances that things were bad because she just needed to adjust to that program which would take more time. The last few weeks of school she just totally gave up as she was made to feel no matter what she did she was going to fail. The experience at this school for my daughter was devastating to her, but thank GOD as soon as I removed her she began to get back to the exceptional, smart, sweet, beautiful young lady she was before this experience. Her faith in GOD is dynamic who is the master at restoration. She was not at this school on any grant or scholarship like the Foreign kids at this school who are brought over to play sports. I paid out of pocket for this failure and emotional abuse of my baby. This was the worst decision I made thus far about my kids education goals. I pray no other kid will experience such while just trying to get an education!"
"Our family loves Cape Fear Christian Academy, from the solid curriculum, to the outstanding teachers and staff, to the Christian environment, and the growing athletics. The classes are small, seems all the teachers and students (pre-K to 12th grade) know one another, and the school operates a lot like a family. My husband and I are thrilled every time we hear our son tell us how much he loves going to school there and the teachers talk about how much they love their students and teaching at CFCA. Given our son's success there and what we hear other parents say regularly about CFCA, it is not surprising at all to discover the school has been ranked a top 20 private school in North Carolina."
