"We don’t even know where to begin, other than you should ABSOLUTELY hire Misto Eats for your special event. Nadia, Wilson, and the Misto staff exceeded our expectations in every way. They catered our 160 person wedding at a private family farm in Hudson, NY. Our wedding was postponed due to covid and throughout the entire planning process they were flexible, understanding, and gave great advice and guidance. They are such genuine and kind people. It's been over a year and guests from our wedding still talk about how delicious the food was. The ingredients are fresh and local – some grown right in Nadia & Wilson’s backyard. Much of the food was prepared and cooked on-site and served right off the grill. It was aesthetically pleasing to be able to see the food being cooked on the open air grills. The Misto team took their duties beyond catering and helped enormously with set up. We didn’t have a wedding planner and did most of the planning and decorating ourselves, but Nadia jumped in and was a huge help in setting tables, putting out flowers, and completely understood our aesthetic. I left the farm the morning of our wedding to get ready and when I arrived for the ceremony I was in awe of how perfectly they were able to match our vison and help make our wedding perfect. They managed the flow of the wedding and everything went so smoothly. Their staff even played with our family dog, who was lingering around their food tent most of the night (looking for scraps, I’m sure!). We are truly grateful we hired Misto for our special day."
