"Be careful leaving reviews as they will continue to delete them. Stay away from this clinic. The receptionist Kim is miserably rude and acts like a gate keeper. It didn’t use to always be like this. Now they operate like a strict urgent care. You’ll have to play advocate to get your child seen as Kim will decide whether or not your child should get booked depending on what she believes is deemed urgent. If you want a receptionist to determine your child’s care of health you may as well use Google. After Kim tried to again deny another child of mine to get seen, I’ve since removed my children and contacted medical authorities. The child she tried to deny actually had a health issue that caused her to frequently fall ill. We only found out after we changed provider to someone who actually cared to listen and wanted to help. Never will I take my kids back here again!"

"Poor service and bedside manner. Dr Clapp was rude to my wife. He didn’t want to address our concerns about our child and cut off any questions by throwing his hand up. Unfortunately there’s no one else to take our grievances to since he owns the facility. Furthermore, he doesn’t return phone calls either. How convenient."

The brutal truth of Mountain View is that they have absolutely no care for your children. They indefinitely terminated my child from their care for being late for an appointment. Sad! You should be ashamed of yourself. There's a reason why your ratings are so low. You have no value for children's lives."

"Nothing but wonderful experience while taking care of my autistic child . From the front desk to my daughter’s pediatrician they were so fast to get referrals in and constantly stay in contact assuring us they are working with doctors for testing . Impressed with compassion they showed us and putting my worries at ease while taking care of Aiden ."

"We have been with Dr. Clapp at the Lenoir office for almost 4 years with 3 kids going to him. We cannot express how wonderful everyone at the office is. The receptionist is super knowledgeable and cares so much about the well being of my kids. She even went out of her way to call me and check in on our disabled daughter after I had called in for advice. The nurses are helpful and they move efficiently. Dr. Clapp is straightforward, which we love and he's wonderful with the kids too. We so appreciate everyone at this office!"
