"Absolutely HORRIBLE place and staff, I found a cat and unfortunately couldn’t keep her so I brought her in and was accused of basically dropping off my animal since I had her in a kennel I grabbed from home, then when I asked if it came to her being put down Is there anyway to get a call before and was told “well we’re full so if we have to put her down that’s what we’re going to do. We don’t make calls to people we’re too full”. It was a heavier white women who seemed like she hates her life, absolutely not how you treat people who bring in an animal. DO NOT BRING ANY ANIMALS HERE"
"I know it's the sheriff's spit so I know the money generally goes towards the staff and HOPEFULLY TOWARDS THE ANIMALS. You never know though. Greed us everywhere. BUT I love my kitten I rescued and she's happy and healthy!!"
"My outdoor cat was taken in by a neighbor mistakenly thinking it was a stray and took it in here to check for a chip, this place told them she didn’t have one! (which is a lie) because I still have the paperwork from when I took her to get spayed/chipped 3 years ago along with the tattoo most vets will put so that other places will know. And they told the lady that if she left my cat with them there’s a strong possibility of euthanization without consent after release of guardianship from them. Luckily the lady is also a fellow animal lover and immediately snatched her back! Doesn’t even seem like they looked but would not trust this place given other people reviews as well. Someone save the animals"
"My friend adopted a cat from this shelter and asked many many times if there was anything wrong with the cat or if she had any fleas or ticks and she was told no multiple times. My friend then proceeded to get the cat and notice lots of itching and other problems when the cat was taken to the vet she had multiple problems and just the flea removal alone was $700. My friend returned the cat and the staff basically laughed in my friends face to brush off the fact that they lied many times but don’t care. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. sad these poor animals don’t actually have a safe place to go."
