"Absolute worst experience of my life. I went in there with picture inspiration of what I wanted and I left the salon in tears because it was atrocious she gave me the opposite of what I wanted and now I have to wear clips in my hair until this monstrous hair grows back. Literally left crying didn't even want to pay for the experience. Didn't even receive a genuine apology. Terrible"
