"The worst thing you can do is try to force a tip to be paid before services are done. You all make a living wage- it is illegal for you to be making less than minimum wage so you should not be begging for tips. I was accosted on my way out the door for and asked “where is your cash tip” while walking to my car for a $10 manicure that looks like a child did it, please learn tipping etiquette and do a good job that warrants a tip."
