"Went for a touch up received a pem starting on my edges left perm on for 5 min perm was on my blonde hair not area to be relaxed then while rinsing perm out using a brush a young girl finished me off by nuetrilzing shampoo notwashing my hair basically patting.looked nice but later hair shedding my hair was combed into a wrap didn't notice edges were burn off as well as the kitchen area.the owner said to me I know too much about the business well I do thank God I will use ALPHAGEE TREATMENT AND JAMAICAN BLACK CASTOR OIL TO REGAIN MY HAIR BACK. the braiding looked awesome but sorry you cannot do a relaxer too many people in your head the young girl mixes the relaxer you the owner who booked the appointment with rinsed my hair once then had a young girl you're training finish washing & rinsing me not professional at all. Should have done more research rather than when you said you do relaxers taking your word"

"My 15 year old daughter has been using this salon as a filler between appointments with her regular stylist. She gets finger waves only. We are very happy with the styling. We have not experienced the rudeness in these comments. Hopefully the good service we receive continues."

"Worst experience ever. I get they treat male customers harsh, I get it. I went in for cornrows for a wedding. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted. She did the opposite. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I regret giving her a $10.00 tip."

"Terrible. The owner is very rude to her own customers. Doesn’t take her time and is always rushing to get your hair done. I asked for a simple two strand twist and even showed her a picture. The twist were not even the same size and I payed $60 that day. I would never go back. If you are looking for a nice place to get your hair done where people will treat you with respect i’m telling you this is not it. Highly recommend you look someplace else."
