Never asked us for our account numbers, but swore up and down we did give it to her.After investigating behind the company, we found the account number was a person in Ohio. We feel she took things personal towards us be we were somewhat appalled by how she talks to people, and how unorganized by picking/ choosing what customer she wants to talk to like really?
