Instead of letting me ask a question after he said my mother would be discharged today, he took a step or two forward at me and motioned his hands around in frustration that I would ask a question. I believe he took me wanting to ask a question as doubting his opinion to discharge. When he finally stopped talking in a loud, rude tone, I asked about the hospital’s rehab facility. That was all I wanted to ask, if my mom was a candidate for it. I even said to him there was no reason be so rude when speaking to me. He is going to upset patients if he doesn’t adjust he bedside manner."
