"Please do not waste your money if you can run elsewhere or do them yourself, please don’t give these people your time or money, they pretend like they care and are honest but they’re both unpleasant people who only care for their business the wife personally told me. I REGRET allowing them to file my taxes last year and giving them a chance this year which they took my money $85 after I explained everything, I filled a dispute after having receipts and emails and they gave me the run around when I could have done them myself, they just took advantage right in my face. I allowed them to my personal information and they will illegally send your information without your consent to a bank unauthorized. § 301.7216-1 it’s beyond illegal what was done to me here."
