"I was referred to Ms. Brown by a trusted friend to handle a thorough review of my taxes and submit them to the IRS. Despite hearing positive feedback about her service, my personal experience turned out to be disappointing. I provided all the necessary information and gave a detailed background of my situation. Ms. Brown assured me that she would review my information and get back to me the following day. However, to my dismay, I received no communication from her. After waiting for five days, I decided to follow up by making a long-distance call to the given location and requested to speak with Ms. Brown. To my surprise, the person who answered the call rudely informed me that I had the wrong number and that I had reached Tax Palace, not Ms. Brown. They abruptly hung up on me. Perplexed by this strange response, I called back, only to receive the same response from a female who answered the phone. Again, they hung up on me. Considering the urgency of my situation, with the tax due date deadline just four days away, and also taking into account that I was out of the country during this time (which I had informed Ms. Brown about), I faced considerable inconvenience in filing for an extension and finding a more reliable and suitable tax service. Therefore, if you are seeking a committed, friendly, and reliable tax service, I would not recommend this particular location. It would be wise to explore other options. If i could give minus -5 stars I would!"

"I stopped by last minute to have my taxes prepared because I didn't want to do them myself. I was able to be seen without an appointment. The process was fast and the service was friendly. I had an issue that wasn't the fault of the processor. I failed to provide adequate information. Once I provided the necessary information, Mrs. Brown amended both my state and federal returns. I was happy with her services and would definitely recommend."
