I left there with black roots and yellow, brittle, broken/destroyed hair, with a definite line around my head, like I was dipped in an ink pot. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, the whole place is clowns!, she replied 'not interested' and hung the phone up on me, she refused to make my hair right or offer ANY kind of refund or compensation. My husband visited the salon to discuss, and she was incredibly rude, folding her arms when he offered hand shake, and closing the door behind him after asking him to step into stairwell to discuss. My hair is RUINED and the way they treated us was disgusting. Plenty of hair/waxing etc salons in NYC. in you want to look like a clown and your going to a Circus... Don't use, you will be sorry."
