"I just had a cut and blow by Ellen. She did a FANTASTIC job. It was my first time at Supercuts and as a busy mom it’s hard to take the time to get a cut. I needed at least 3 inches off and some layers to fix the mop on my head. I feel beautiful again and my hair is bouncy and healthy! I absolutely loved my blowout and I’ll be back. I will also be sending my husband to her. Thank you Ellen!!"

"Worst haircut of my life at 43 years old. Sides buzzed totally uneven. When I pointed out pieces that were clearly longer than others, I was told it’s fine but when she went over it again with the buzzer (only after I insisted) you heard lots of hair being cut. Total haircut less than 10 minutes and charged $27?!? I had to go to another barber to have it fixed and they could not believe the cut or the price. I have had my friends with no experience give me way better haircuts. UPDATE: as per the below response, no one ever reached out to me like they said they would."

"An absolutely horrible experience. I went with my 4 kids (3 boys 1 girl). My oldest wanted a specific hairstyle, but was told his hair wasn't suited for it. The stylist offered no other suggestions and stood there waiting for a 10 year old to decide. My barber didn't listen to what I wanted, and I felt rushed. At the end, the payment experience was even worse, if you can believe it. They couldn't find our names on the computer and expected me to wait with 4 kids while they called corporate to figure it out. I wouldn't go back there if they offered free haircuts."
