"Had an appointment lined up 2 months in advance. Got a call last second that they are cancelling my appointment. When I asked about a reschedule, they said they’ll call back and let me know. It’s been over 2 weeks, called again yesterday. They now have no idea what I’m talking about now. Insane. Scam dental business that will 100% try to ignore this review. I went ahead and reported them to my insurance company."

"Dr Aziz is a v good doctor but he hire a looser doctor for root canal. I got done my root canal in his clinic,it’s the worst experience I ever had.He is v rough and don’t know what he is doing. I am dieing with pain.Definitely don’t recommend root canal at this place."

"Run, don't walk out of Dr. Aziz's dental chair! After my previous dentist had retired having been a patient of 20 years, I was seeking to find a new dentist local to me. I contacted Dr. Aziz's office to schedule a routine cleaning and check up. Upon my arrival the first clue of what was to come should have been the fact the office was unacceptably filthy dirty. Stained carpeting , dirty walls with pant chipping about as well as water stained ceilings, not what I would have expected in a professional medical facility , particularly during covid 19. Upon checkin, the front staff had given me paperwork to complete and I will admit were extremely friendly and courteous and even went as far as to make me feel comfortable in telling there are routinely checked for covid 19. The medical assistant who had taken my X-rays was very cheerful and pleasant in making me feel at home, However, when Dr. Aziz had arrived, that is precisely when things had changed, Upon meeting with Dr. Aziz, I had informed him I suffer from gum recession coupled with extreme tooth sensitivity issues and politely asked that while cleaning to please use hand scaling rather than ultrasonic scaling or I would jump out of the chair in extreme pain. His reply was " I don't do hand scaling" this was rather odd to me as my previous dental hygienist had always performed hand scaling on me. After Dr. Aziz reviewed my X rays, he begin the cleaning process initially using a topical gum numbing cream which I told him would not suffice on me. after 5 minutes of ultrasonic scaling, I could no longer bear the pain further and asked if he would give me a novocaine injection which he declined. He stated " Pain is part of the process and laughed" I insisted yet again that he inject me with novocaine and even offered to pay for it as I could not tolerate the discomfort. He shook his head and said No! and stated he was done and to have a nice day! I replied aren't you going to at least polish my teeth to which he agreed. I have NEVER been more insulted at the complete lack of a bed side manner as well as total unprofessionalism from ANYONE within the medical community. I believe he enjoys having his patients suffer with pain in a sick Dr. Kevorkian-like manner. Please do yourself a favor ! Run do not walk out this facility."
