"I will never come back here to get my taxes done. The first time my wife and I went the power got knocked out so they could not start on my taxes. We specifically went because we needed the tax loan. It took about 45 minutes to an hour to get the power back on and situated so we could begin. We explained why we chose them and Stephanie explained that we were basically guaranteed to get approved for the loan. And on January 5th we were approved to get 300$ and then pre approved to get 500$ back when we came back to drop my w-2 off when my company emailed them out. Stephanie told us it would be in my account that afternoon, well that was the first lie. It hit my account 4 days after she submitted it. She also told us she would give us a huge discount because of the power going out and us having to wait, and that she would do that next time at the end of filing. A few weeks later we went back to drop off my w-2 expecting to get the other 500$. She entered in all the info on my W-2 and submitted the 500$ transfer, well we already got pre approved and I have the text to prove that. So she submitted it and I get a text and email that I have been denied. How can I be denied when you told me it was guaranteed AND I got pre approved for it? So there's the 2nd lie, it is not guaranteed that you get the full loan. Now were on to how much she charged me to do my taxes. She charged me over 500$ to do my taxes when she told me she could get it as low as 200. I usually do my own taxes every year through the IRS website cause i can do them for free. But times are tough and we fell behind on rent. We needed to put SOMETHING towards our 1,400 dollar a month rent so we didn't get evicted. Well guess what, we only put the 300 down because even though we were "guaranteed" and "pre approved" we didn't get the 500. So I went to our office, told them what happened, they are starting the eviction process on Monday. They will stop the process if I can come up with another 500 by Monday. Thank you stephanie for all your "help" and thank you for charging me an obscene amount of money to do my taxes that I usually do for myself for free. Once again the only reason we filed with you was for the advancement that you "guaranteed" me. So NO I WOULD NEVER GET MY TAXES DONE HERE, they promise things they can not and will not deliver."
