"I do not recommend this place. I am not one to write a review, however I would like to be of service to all those who are considering to get any services here to consider going somewhere else. They are very unprofessional, unsanitary, and inconsiderate to one’s preferences. My aunt came here to get her lashes done and during the process she was not only speaking on the phone the entire time, when asked about the glue being used she immediately yelled and stated “this is the one I use!” And proceeded to apply it on the lashes after I told her that my eyes were getting watery and irritated/red. She proceeded to continue speaking on the phone throughout the entire process and did not answer any questions asked. Unfortunately I was unable to get her name, save yourself the time and money and find a better place to get your eyebrows/lashes."

"My mother recently went to this place to do her lashes and left in terrible conditions, the lady was rude and impolite, her eyes were bloodshot red and irritated, she had to take the lashes off the next day because her eyes were becoming infected, the lady is always on her phone which is a high risk for cross contamination and bacteria getting into my eye and this happened not once but TWICE, I will never recommended nor visit this establishment again"

"There’s only one lady that knows what she’s doing and that Many. The other girl is absolutely TERRIBLE! I have given her a few chances bc “maybe it’s a bad day” and even tho I have eyebrow shading she goes over the shade and just rips out hair! She’s terrible I’ve been a customer for 2 years and she never gets better I usually go to Many but she only works certain days. My sister went here recently and she did the same thing. She doesn’t know what she’s doing and is always on the phone. I’m done I will never go back"

"The ladies who were here before use to care about your eyebrows and make sure you did them how you like. The new ladies now, are unprofessional, quick to sit you down but doesn’t listen to your requests, dangerously thread next to your eye with no care to your skin, and belched in front of my friend in her face. Personally, I will never be returning here again and I miss the old sweet ladies who would also use masks to thread as it’s such a up to your face service, as for my friend she is nowhere happy that her thick eyebrows she asked for are thin now and that she was belched infront of near her personal space. Bring the old ladies back, especially the girl with the straight hair ! Always so sweet!"
