"I’ve been going here for awhile. Very Good nail salon . Always clean , very respectful workers & nails be looking good. Purple color is regular manicure and the light blue is gel. I just love getting my nails done here❤️thank you."
"Very rude owner and I would’ve never give my money to this business"
"hate it so much, went to get my nails done for school and obviously it was rushed and they charged me 85 dollars for my nails. went to complain about it and sarah got mad at me and gave me 15 dollars back so cheap. would not recommend. also they are very racist i went to recommend it to one of my black freinds and they refused to open the door for her and let her in."
"This was my first pedicure and looking at my toenails, it was obvious. The place seemed small, then again i am a big guy. Had a 4 pm appointment but had to wait for the larger more comfortable chair. When i finally got seated, my technician didn't speak English so there was no interaction other than pointing to my feet or the water... She had to ask another for translations. I tried to tell her it was my first time. She smiled that "whatever" smile. My nails were rough so she had to put in some extra time with the Dremel; her hands started cramping. Then she basically rushed me out... Dry, quick buff, barely a coat of polish. No 'salon'-type treatment, no caressing massage, no pampering... The things I'd go to a salon for. When i went to pay, the owner tried to charge me $30. She had quoted me $20 over the phone. When asked, in Spanish the tech complained that she had had to work very hard. We settled at $25. The whole time i felt like i didn't belong, not welcomed. I was taken aback by the experience; my sister and my ex-wife frequent this place regularly and recommended it. Maybe if i venture there again, I'll go with one of them; maybe then I'll get better results. Not all negative.... One technician was quite bangin' (thick n pretty), the others were decent, even the one that did my feet.. Lol"
"Customer service is impeccable. Everyone associated with the business is very attentive. Like basic nails? This is the place for you. I, however, am not a basic nail kind of girl. That being said, I tend to end up disappointed. Line work is not up to par and the creative factor Is missing. Great pedicures and manicures, but keep it very simple. I’ve never gotten my hair styled here, but they do a good job (from what I’ve seen) on straight and semi straight, natural hair. COVID protocols are also followed: No entry without sanitizing and a temperature check. They also have everyone sign in and leave contact information which I assume is for contact tracing. On the pricey side in execution. Easily a $70 gel manicure."
