"Amazing hair wash! Very therapeutic. . Ending style was lovely."
"If you are looking for an amazing Dominican Hair Dresser ask for Wanna she is great at what she do and it is in a perfect place for me one block away. Price friendly and a humble environment to be relax to get beautified."
"The owner is helpful and easy to talk to she seems to care about your hair looking good when you leave the shop. The space is a little dated but not dirty so it's fine. Her wait time is average I'm personally never waiting more than 20-30minutes as a walk in over the weekend and her prices are very fair."
"I recall a terrible experience I had there when I was younger. I haven’t spoken about it before but I passed this place today and it brought back the memories. When I went there, people were speaking with heavy accents, which I don’t mind but understandably I was always asking huh? Could you repeat that? And so they laughed at me and asked if I could understand English. Okay. I can take a joke. And I did feel bad that I couldn’t really understand what they were saying. But the part that still upsets me to this day is one of the ladies doing my hair dragged me BY MY HAIR to a seat, laughing to her coworker as she did so in a way that was like, look at what I can do to this kid. They both laughed about it and I was too shocked and too young to really address it and my mom wasn’t with me so I left feeling SO horrible. But I’m older now and needless to say, I don’t spend a drop of my money there, I discourage friends and family from going there and I wish the place would shut down already. The people across the street at Krystal’s are much nicer and more attentive. Screw this place...I don’t know if it has changed or not since I’ve been but I honestly doubt it."
"They take way too long to do your hair. And they would keep on trimming your hair so much it would look like a bob cut. Some of the hair stylist are sometimes distracted while doing you hair. When they blow dry your hair it feels like it is burning you scalp in the process. The blow dryer is so hot but when you take out your hair the next day it looks all messed up. But if I had went to a natural beauty salon if they blow dried my hair I would even feel any pain. They would make my hair all nice and straight and it lasts for weeks. #DitchDominicangotonaturalbeautysalons"
