"This business is very sneaky, they don’t give you the exact cost of your service upfront. You just find out on your own when you check your bank account and it makes sense why they don’t give you your receipt at the end. They just make you sign and that’s it. I think it’s appropriate and common sense to give customers their receipt unless they specifically say they don’t want it. I don’t mind paying the few extra dollars more than the 85 dollar service that i wanted but please be exact and clear with your clients. Maria did a great job on my nails but i realized when i got home that the color on my right thumb had a streak in it which was missing the color. It would have been nice if she caught onto that May or may not return to this location"

"Element beauty lounge more like ONE STAR ELEMENT! The workers there are rude and have no sense of friendliness. I walked in to schedule an appointment but was denied on the spot and shooed away. Wouldn't recommend ever again :("

"I walked in on a Thursday morning, and was seen right away by Erika. I requested my usual spring time leg & lip wax, but I also wanted to try my first ever Brazilian wax. As an experienced tatooee, I wasn't worried about the pain, but the awkwardness and the cleanliness. Erika made me so comfortable! The waxing room itself could have been tidier/brighter, and there was maybe a hair or two missed that I'll pluck later, but overall I'm very pleased with the service and care, and I will be back. Thank you, Erika."

"Came for my appointment and the employees weren’t there yet. I sat down waiting for someone to help because it’s my first time there. After a while, a lady who stood at least 20 feet away from me said something and I had to guess what she said. I told her I had an appointment and i’ve been waiting, She then told me to take a seat and I did. Next, I had a question about where to choose my color because I was having gel manicure, she said no and shoo me away. I asked another lady, she couldn’t understand and I had to ask one of their customer’s for help. I left because I want my moneys worth! Another one of those too expensive place with no care for guests and do a cheap job."
