"Ms. Heather Joslin, MSN, FNP-C; and The Simple Clinic came to the rescue....AGAIN. A respiratory infection had gotten worse over the weekend. I called today and requested an appointment, as soon as possible. In less than an hour, I received a response and a consult with Ms. Joslin. We discussed my symptoms and options. I was very impressed...AGAIN."
"I was told to drop by to have labs drawn. Doors are locked and lights are off. Sign says office hours are 8am-5pm with no mention of lunch hours. Recording says they are closed for lunch but does not state a return time. Also states their office hours are 8am- 5pm. Obviously not! I’m all for employees needing a lunch break- I used mine to run by here for labs and will need to use another one to complete. Posting true office hours would be much appreciated!!"
"Called to make appointment over 10 times, left voicemails after waiting 15 minutes on each call. I went there personally and left all my details and got no response. After trying for 3 weeks I gave up. I do not recommend this place."
"Just despicable. My partner is sick & has long suffered with asthma, they told her the next time she can get in is 2 weeks from now! But it would only be telehealth! Imagine our indignation! Is she just supposed to die or something? Disgusting. Awful. Be sure to leave a one star review if you also have a bad experience. I hope this place shuts down because of their consistent incompetence. 1 star, it might be better to die at home than to expect help from these creatures. A glowing example of the worst of the American healthcare system! Avoid going here! Drive somewhere better if you can!"
"Amanda Baker is the BEST!! She is very knowledgeable, personable, caring, attentive to your concerns and genuinely care. I relocated here from Philadelphia, PA and wa so nervous having to find a new provider, but she made me feel so welcomed. Always answer my emails and accommodate me when need to be seen, even when she's booked solid. I am so thankful that God allowed me to cross paths with her. The front desk and other office staff are all so friendly as well. Thank you guys for making my experience a good one! Be blessed!"
