"I went to Dr Gindi for a consultation on cosmetic work on my front tooth after I removed my braces. I went there with a near perfect smile and healthy teeth. He advised me that I could put a porcelain veneer over a tooth that was a bit smaller and he used a filler on one of my front tooth to make my smile look better. He first billed my insurance company for the consultation which he said was free and them charged me $1,875 I believe for the one tooth (veneer) after we agreed on the service I proceeded to have it done partially so my tooth was shaved down and prepped without even putting a temporary in my mouth for 2 weeks I could not open my mouth to smile. His very rude secretary told me that my tooth was sent to the lab to be made which I do not believe. After two weeks I went back for him to complete the job and the porcelain tooth did not fit so he glued it in and said the job was completed. I knew he was having a hard time because he kept going back and forth and the tooth did not fit. After gluing my tooth with an adhesive he told me the job was complete and demanded full payment . After 2 weeks the Veneer fell out and my mouth looked disfigured. I went to 3 other dentists to have the job corrected and they said he did a terrible job because veneers last at least 10 years. I had to now put a crown in the front of my mouth and my smile looks nothing like my original smile. He was first polite and then when I expressed dissatisfaction with the end result he became very rude and aggressive and called me on the phone very upset about money. He was only concerned about being paid up front and left my mouth worst than I came in without offering to redo the job. These reviews about him being nice are are false. He is only nice when he can milk your insurance otherwise do not use him."
