"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a scam and the dental hygienist should be arrested for prying on low income people to get more money. I came for an annual cleaning and she refused to do the service because I refused a “deep cleaning”. I’ve never went to a dentist where a deep cleaning was not a recommendation but a requirement. When I asked her further about the deep cleaning and why it is required she said something along the lines of “this is not a car wash this is a medical office we don’t offer packages". First off, I don’t know who she’s talking to with her passive aggressive nature. I am the customer and I should have a choice on what services I want done. The fact of the matter is I wouldn’t trust a professional scammer in my mouth so I had to walk out the office. Unfortunately, I was desperate for a dentist because a cleaning was overdue and didn’t read the reviews. Please do not waste your time. I am currently filing a grievance with my insurance as well as going to report them to BBB. These people have businesses in low income communities serving marginalized populations to literally con them for more money. This place should be shut down, look at the other reviews !!!"

"I recently had an appt for an exam and cleaning at this office . After filling out the medical history the hygienist told me she wanted medical clearance since I was pregnant . I am a dental professional as well and know that for a cleaning and exam I don't need medical clearance but I did what she asked and called my ob for the clearance, when I asked what she wanted the letter to state she said x-rays, exam and cleaning. I immediately told her I wasn't doing x-rays because I'm pregnant and not putting my baby at any risk for uncessary xrays. She was extremely rude and told me she would not be able to see me then . I was appalled. How dare you try and force xrays on someone who is pregnant and then refuse to see them. In my 16 years of being a dental hygienist myself I have never treated any of my patients this way it is very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this office ever and don't recommend anyone going here."

"Truly the best experience. From the front desk to the dental Hygienist she was super sweet! The dentist literally talked me through my exam and procedure, he kept me calm."

"DO NOT COME HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I made my father an appointment for a simple cleaning. They refused to see my father unless we paid for a service that we felt wasn’t needed that was well over $1,000. They are professional scammers! This place also looks very outdated and dirty!"
