"The office is very unprofessional. The women at the front desk, specifically Kristyn, gossips about patients after they leave to the other women working at the front desk. I have heard her call one male patient “annoying” and during another visit was on the phone with a female patient and after hanging up the phone she told the women next to her “There is an appointment available tomorrow but I can’t stand her so I’ll book her a couple months out because I just can’t deal with her.” It is very uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room hearing this knowing she will be talking about you after you leave. Looking at other reviews, I found that Kristyn reviewed herself 6 months ago calling the staff friendly. It is unbelievable and disappointing that Dr D’Amelio would hire people like that."

My teen daughter who is Autistic and has severe sensory needs had a cleaning at this office for the first time (has had previous dental care elsewhere)and I am highly impressed! They understood my concerns and provided an outstanding and memorable experience for my daughter! It was a huge relief to know my daughter felt safe, reassured and was happy. I am very proud of my daughter for getting through her cleaning and able to communicate on her own during the cleaning. Thank you so much for this great experience!"
